Yoga Power Flow
Sweat, Release, Strengthen & Awaken in this 60min practice, helping to get your heart rate pumping in a creative, empowering, mobilizing and strengthening flow sequence. We’ll start by warming up the body to mobilize all the main joints along with some expansive breath work.
POWER - STRENGTH - MOBILITY
All classes end with a gentle stretch and reconnecting back to the breath. Let the mind go and allow your body to drop into a state of fluidity, trust and presence in this creative, cardio and meditative movement practice.
Jena completed her 200hr anatomy focused YTT and her 50hr Advanced Vinyasa Training from Shanti Yoga in Nelson, BC in 2020 as well as her 20hr Mobility Training online from Matt Phippen in 2023. She uses a lot of anatomy and somatic cues to help students bring awareness and awakening to sensations deep within their bodies, strengthening their innermost core muscles, while embodying expansion and connectedness. She loves to move and values the healing benefits of movement, always bringing in different practices from various fitness modalities to be able to awaken and activate all the ranges within the body. Her ability to articulate each movement and transition with clarity and precision allows students to let go and embody trust and flow in each practice.
