Customized Private Training Sessions
(All private training can include up to 2 participants per session)
These private member classes are added for those that may not be able to make it to our scheduled classes.
We offer flexible training session times that can be arranged with the Instructor. (i.e. early morning, afternoon or late evening)
These sessions are designed to meet each individual goals whether it’s an introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or mixed martial arts, self defense training, technique drilling, conditioning, boxing, kick boxing, competition, test preparation, or help developing a training game plan based on your personal strengths and weaknesses.
A focus on stand up partner drills and controlled situational sparring allows the opportunity to work on both attack and defense strategies simultaneously.

Customized Group Training Sessions
(All group training can includes up to 3 to 6 participants per session)
Larger group and special event training can be arranged as regular scheduled sessions or as a one time event.
Special Events: birthdays, anniversaries, staff events, corporate self defense and more.
(prices for private & group training are tiered based on number participants and number of sessions booked)
