To ensure the highest quality of instruction, safety and to maintain a positive & supportive culture at the academy we have a capacity for all training programs. All program curriculum has been designed to allow new members to start and participate at anytime without any previous experience or fitness level. Our focus is on safety and the realistic self defense practice of martial arts.
UNLIMITED Classes
Membership Includes access to both BJJ, MMA classes
MMA Class - Monday 6 -7pm
BJJ Classes - Tuesday & Thursday 6 - 7pm with pressure testing technique training from 7 to 7:30pm
Live Technique Training - Saturdays 10am to 11am

Live Technique drilling - Saturdays 10am to 11am
Group training (3 or more participants) rates are tiered based on number participants and sessions booked.
Includes 4 private sessions (Up to 2 participants per session) Enroll with a friend or family member and share the cost.
