KIDS Shito Ryu Karate: Where Discipline Meets Fun
- All conditioning and martial arts skill levels are welcome. Sensei Rino has the classes structured to include specific Karate stretching, warm up drills, effective self defense footwork, striking and throwing techniques mixes into a fun and exciting workout games!

Kids Program
Shito Ryu Karate classes are open to all levels and designed to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and overall fitness while teaching valuable self-defense skills. Classes are very Wednesday and Friday from 3:45 to 4:30pm.

Karate Uniform $65 +gst =$68.25
No experience required.
If you have a martial arts uniform please bring to class. If not, simply wear comfortable work out clothing.
