Kids Program 6 to 9 year old  - Wednesdays & Friday from 3:45 to 4:30 pm

Junior Program 10 to 14 old - Wednesdays & Friday from 4:30 to 5:15 pm

Shito Ryu Karate classes are open to all levels and designed to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and overall fitness while teaching valuable self-defense skills.

Karata Uniform - 

No experience required.

If you have a martial arts uniform please bring to class. If not, simply wear comfortable work out clothing.

We can order a Karate uniform for when you sign up!
