Shito Ryu Karate classes are open to all levels and designed to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and overall fitness while teaching valuable self-defense skills. Classes are very Wednesday and Friday from 3:45 to 4:30pm.
No experience required.
If you have a martial arts uniform please bring to class. If not, simply wear comfortable work out clothing.
