Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)

“Jiu Jitsu” translates to "Gentle Art / technique"

Our BJJ Program is designed to allow members of every skill, conditioning and experience level to train together with the opportunity to learn the art in a linear format continually building upon the fundamentals of all ground and self defense techniques. You will learn real life fighting skills in the safest way possible.


Structured Curriculum Classes: 

Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6 to 7:00pm

Technique review & drilling session every Saturday from 10am to 11am.

Our BJJ Curriculum

Our curriculum is based on a 28 class rotation that simplifies the self defense and Jiu Jitsu learning process.  We continue in a linear format revisiting each position, technique and concept every quarter to sharpen fundamentals while continually evolving our game by adding new transitions and technique to every class. 


New members can join any time throughout the class rotation and fit right in; connecting and benefiting from the experience and teachings from higher ranking students.  Experienced students benefit from reviewing, teaching and adding advanced transitions and techniques to fundamental movements to make it their own.  New techniques are introduced and built on from previous lessons ensuring our important foundational concepts of base, leverage, pressure, connection and distance management are not forgotten.             


The art of survival & self preservation

BJJ teaches you to be present and live in the moment. It develops an analytical thinking process in situations where panic and fear should be the natural response. 


BJJ is the art of being in the present moment allowing you to fight with technique, control and the mind / body connection.
