Small Group Instruction
To provide the right training environment, a minimum of 4-6 registered students is required before each Foundations program begins.
No previous martial arts experience is required.

The goal of the program is not simply to complete four weeks of classes. It is to give you enough understanding of Jiu-Jitsu that when you step into a regular UCHI class, the positions, terminology and training structure already make sense.
After completing Foundations, transition directly into the our adult classes.
